Portraying the wheelchair bound character 'Jesse', in the new film 'Search Dog's Raven', Marcus Ross acts as backup liaison for the well known search dog team. He not only assists the team during each search, but is also responsible for continually monitoring their video feed, their location and physiological status. This allows the search dog handler to focus on searching.
Using an experienced search dog named 'Ebbey', the team has built their reputation through high find ratios. Jesse is well aware of their success, even before the seventeen year old becomes their new backup liaison. You see, the team's experiences are being turned into an animated adventure series and Jesse is one of their biggest fans. However, the team doesn't always follow standard search and rescue protocol, which forces Jesse to face some ethical decisions.
